Eligibility

​Criteria for entrance of any award category for non-listed organizations is as follows:
符合以下要求的非上市機構即有資格申請獎項：

a) For non-NGOs, revenue > HKD1 billion
    盈利機構, 上一財政年度應收大於10億港元

    For NGOs - annual expenditure > HKD 100 million
    非盈利機構，上一財政年度年度支出大於1億港元

b) Headquartered in Hong Kong
    總部設於香港

c) Minimum number of employees > 100
    雇員人數應多於100人

ESG Excellent Performance Award

​ESG卓越表現獎

​

​This award category is to recognize the outstanding ESG performance of non-listed organizations in Hong Kong. 

此獎項旨在表彰香港的非上市機構的卓越ESG表現。​​

​

You may be required to submit the following information when applying for this award:

Describe your achievements in:

  • E – Environmental Pillar:
    energy conservation, waste reduction, emissions reduction, protection of natural resources, mitigation of climate change, contributions on external programs/education programs related to environment, etc.

  • S – Social Pillar:
    employment practices, occupational safety practices, inclusion, equity, and diversity policies, product safety and quality policies, customer welfare policies, contributions on external programs/education programs related to social, etc.

  • G – Governance Pillar:
    business ethics policies, anti-corruption policies, tax transparency and financial stability, contributions on external programs/education programs related to governance, etc.

ESG Board Leadership Award

ESG領導管治獎

This award category is to recognize the board or senior management's leadership efforts to ensure that the organization is well-equipped to meet its ESG goals and objectives. Chairman / CEO can be the representative to receive this award. 

此獎項旨在表彰香港的非上市機構的董事會或高級管理層在領導或管治企業過程中設立及實現ESG相關的目標。董事會主席或首席行政長官可作爲申請此獎項的代表。

  • ESG strategies and policies initiated at Board level

  • Accomplishments in mobilizing financial and physical resources (evidence with dollar amount)

  • Individual public exposure to demonstrate ESG advocacy

  • Other significant accomplishment

ESG High Recognition Award

ESG傑出嘉許獎

​This award category is to recognize the ESG efforts of non-listed organizations in Hong Kong and their dedications in various ways in which the organizations are innovating and evolving to meet the demands of a more sustainable future.

此獎項類別旨在表彰香港非上市機構在環境、社會及管治方面所做的努力，以及這些機構為滿足更永續未來的需求而以各種方式創新和發展的奉獻精神。

申請此獎項須經提名，請與獎項秘書處卓越環球公司聯絡（電話：+852 3950 3355）。

You may be required to submit the following information when applying for this award:

Provide examples of:

  • Public exposure in ESG aspects

  • Participation in public programs that are related to ESG

  • Donations towards programs that are related to ESG

  • External recognition of accomplishments in good company governance

  • Company/board member participation in external ESG-related committees/associations

Application procedures

  1. Complete the General Application Form.
     

  2. The ESG Award Secretariat (Excellent Global) will send an email with the link to the payment gateway to the contact person proposed in the General Application Form within two working days. A non-refundable deposit of HKD 1,000 for each entry (screen capture of payment acknowledgement or deposit slip required as proof) is required to proceed with the full application through our online system. The deposit payment will be applied to the total application fee after your application is complete.
     

  3. After the deposit payment is confirmed, the secretariat will contact you for the next steps of submitting your application documentations. 
     

  4. After application is summitted, each entry must be accompanied by an application fee. The entry will not be formally evaluated without a proof of total payment receipt. Payment methods to Excellent Global will be provided when appropriate.
